Horseheal (Inula helenium) is a typical Sun plant. It grows high and is crowned by sun-yellow, radiating blossoms. Its energy brings Sun into the heart and warms up the soul. When burned, horseheal develops an enormously balmy and warm aroma. It spreads a caring atmosphere, it relaxes, strengthens, and centers. Horseheal can be burned alone, but is also very enriching when used in blends.
